Our quarter beef package weighs approximately 100 pounds and is priced at $19.00 per pound.
Please note: 100 pounds of beef will fit into 3 cubic foot of freezer space.
This package includes a variety of the cuts listed below. If you’re interested, we can also include bones and organ meats in your package.
15 pounds Premium Steaks:
• Tenderloin Petite
• Porterhouse
• Ribeye
• T-Bone
35 pounds Specialty Steaks, roasts, ribs:
• Flank Steak
• Sirloin Tip Steak (less tender than top sirloin but the most tender of the round cuts)
• Flat Iron Steak
• Skirt Steak (ideal for carne asada)
• Round Steak (perfect for chicken fried steak)
• Top Round (great for London broil)
Roasts & Ribs:
• Top Sirloin Petite Roast
• Chuck Roast
• Brisket
• Tri-Tip Roast
• Short Ribs
Ground Beef:
• Approximately 50 pounds of 20% fat ground beef in 1-pound packages.
