John Cooper, Mary’s father, shown riding on the weaver trail this rugged Trail is still written by the desert Caballeros over weaver mountain. John had to learn Ranch life at an early age after the death of his father Roy Sr. Jonh went on to achieve a masters degree from Arizona State and was a teacher for many years. All along he carried on with the ranch and with the help of his children P, John and Mary. Jonh lives at the ranch and works every day doing a multitude of chores around the place.
